Make An Impact: Challenge Yourself

Christopher Knowles is a Canadian based creator, choreographer and teacher. He has had the chance to travel across Canada and the US creating work for many companies and events, sharing his love and knowledge of dance with the world. Christopher is a George Brown Dance College Alumni. In the past he served as Artistic Director of Precision Dance Company and choreographed for George Brown Dance College and many studios from the east coast to the west of Canada. While also creating yearly, Chris travels touring with competition events as a full time Adjudicator. For the 2024 season Chris will be on tour as an in house judge for “MOVE” presented by Shawn Desman. Christopher was honoured to crurate and perform work for: Millennium Dance Complex T.O , SONY Music Canada, Mac Cosmetics CA, MTV UK, City Dance Corps, Toronto's Choreographers Ball, Fever After Dark, Fall For Dance North as well as "Dance Weekend" for Dance Ontario! All events showcasing Toronto's Professional working talent. His focus as a teacher as brought him to many of Torontos leading drop in facilities where he has had the chance to train and network with artists across the globe. Recently he became Torontos choreographer for “Candlelight Concerts” curating unique shows for their events. Christopher is currently a faculty member at Studio North, Edge Studios and Edge High school. Chris' focus is working on the launch of his professional Contemporary / Modern based dance company.
