Make An Impact: Challenge Yourself

•  Warm-up and Improv to start off your day 
• SIX - 1 hour classes with industry dance professionals including: Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Latin/Ballroom, Hip Hop & Contemporary
• PLUS - A 30 minute Yoga Class to end off the day
• Styles may be subject to change* 

All studios and Independent dancers are eligible to register for this event. All dancers will be included in receiving scholarships at our closing ceremonies.

Once students are registered and have been submitted, it is agreed that all dancers, teachers, studio owners, parents and other attendees will not hold IMPACT Dance Challenge responsible for any injury or loss of property during the event.

All dancers registered for the convention must complete and sign a waiver. 

Observers:
All observers must be attending with a registered paid dancer. This band will allow entrance into the convention rooms.

 Teachers Pass:

• Teachers at a registered studio who are 20 years or older and would like to take classes.

Observers Pass: 

• Studio Owners receive a complimentary observer pass.
• Studios Registered:

• 10 Dancers: 1 Complimentary Teacher Observer Pass + Studio Owner 

• 10-20 Dancers: 2 Complimentary Teacher Observer Passes + Studio Owner 
• 
21-40 Dancers: 3 Complimentary Teacher Observer Passes + Studio Owner 

• 41-50 Dancers: 4 Complimentary Teacher Observer & Class Passes + Studio Owner 

• 50 + Dancers: 5 Complimentary Teacher Observer & Class Passes + Studio Owner

Please no excessive noise or talking during class.  Please make sure wristbands are visible for the IMPACT staff at all times during the convention classes.

Confirmations:
Students registered will receive a confirmed schedule within one week prior to the scheduled date.  *In rare instances, scheduled artists may be replaced with professionals of comparable expertise and experience.*

Scholarships:

Each faculty member will be awarding scholarships in each of their individual classes to dancers that excel at their particular style. This will give dancers the opportunity to receive scholarships in all disciplines of dance: tap, jazz, latin, hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, etc, in the Mini, Junior, Intermediate and Senior convention age levels.

The number of scholarship winners may vary depending on the size and skill level at each particular convention. Dancers are eligible for only one class scholarship per season.

Scholarships cannot be combined with any other scholarships, early bird discounts, special pricing or special offers. Scholarships are non transferrable and have no cash value.

ALL CLASS SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS RECEIVE:

Many different awards/scholarships will be awarded.

Full Scholarship:
If you have been awarded an IMPACT Full Scholarship, your scholarship will cover the entire dancer tuition cost on a regular priced entry fee - (no added admin fees). 

Half Scholarship: 
If you have been awarded an IMPACT Half Scholarship, your scholarship will cover 50% of the dancer tuition cost on a regular priced entry fee - (no added admin fees).

Partial Scholarship:
If you have been awarded an IMPACT Partial Scholarship, your scholarship will cover 25% of the dancer tuition cost on a regular priced entry fee - (no added admin fees).

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Scholarship Policy: Scholarships are valid for the current season only. If a dancer registers for an event using a scholarship but later cancels their registration (initiated by the attendee), the scholarship will be considered used and cannot be transferred or applied to any future events beyond the current season following the granting of a scholarship.
