Make An Impact: Challenge Yourself

• LIVE on Stage Critique with two experienced and professional adjudicators
• TWO Workshop Class with Dance Faculty (1 hour each class) Observer bands must be purchased 
• Teacher/Parent OBSERVER entry courtesy of Impact Dance Challenge (Live Critique performance room ONLY)
• Special front row seating to view and video YOUR dancer while on stage
• Scholarships, certificates and IMPACT prizes will be awarded! 

Labelled music (with full name and song title) must be UPLOADED within one week prior to event date, no later. Please bring a back up copy of music on a USB. Music limit of 3 minutes/per routine. 

NOTE If you have a "Scholarship Code" from a valid past event, it can only to be used ONE PER DANCER. Please email a copy of the scholarship to confirm
 

JUNIOR/INTERMEDIATE - 13 and under

TEEN/SENIOR - 14 years old and up  

Please Note: All ages are as of January 1st, 2025.

Registration for the workshop class is included and mandatory for all dancers performing in the Live Critique.  *Instructors may be subject to change.

*The WORKSHOP CLASS is also available for dancers who aren't performing in the LIVE CRITIQUE. Tickets available online OR at the door on the event day.   

*Observer bands are required for ALL parent/guardians in the workshop room. Tickets available via DanceBug, via website OR at the door on the event day.   

Observer wristbands are not required for the Live Critique audience, opening and closing ceremonies. All students, owners, teachers, and parents are welcome. All observers must be attending with a registered paid dancer. 

Please no excessive noise or talking during Live Critique performances. 

*Parent/Guardian observer bands ARE required for workshop classes. They are available for purchase online via the ticket link or at the event. 

Please make sure wristbands are visible for the IMPACT staff at all times.

Students registered will receive a confirmed Live Critique schedule within one week prior to the scheduled date.  Judges may be subject to change. 

Each adjudicator will be awarding scholarships to dancers.

The number of scholarship winners may vary depending on the size and skill level at each particular event. Dancers are eligible for only one scholarship per season. 

Scholarships cannot be combined with any other scholarships, discounts, or special offers. Scholarships are non transferrable and have no cash value.

ALL SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS RECEIVE:
Many different awards/scholarships will be awarded.

Full Scholarship:

If you have been awarded an IMPACT 2024 Full Scholarship, you scholarship will cover the entire dancer tuition cost - (no added admin fees).

Half Scholarship: 

If you have been awarded an IMPACT 2024 Half Scholarship, your scholarship will cover 50% of the dancer tuition cost - (no added admin fees).

Partial Scholarship:

If you have been awarded an IMPACT 2024 Partial Scholarship, your scholarship will cover 25% of the dancer tuition cost - (no added admin fees).

IMPORTANT NOTE: All scholarships must be used before the expiration date printed on the scholarship voucher and cannot be extended for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

*No refunds permitted for any live critique/workshop/observer fees.

Adagio flooring by Rosco is recommended for tap, ballet, modern and jazz. It has a non-reflective, controlled slip vinyl surface that makes it equally successful for all styles of dance.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds are permitted for Workshops or Live Critique Events.  

Please note: No refunds or credits will be given due to inclement weather on the day of the event.

All Registrants must sign a waiver to participate.
