Labelled music (with full name and song title) must be UPLOADED to DANCEBUG within one week prior to event date, no later. Please bring a back up copy of music on a USB. Music limit of 3 minutes/per routine.
NOTE If you have a "Scholarship Code" from a valid past event, it can only to be used ONE PER DANCER. Please email a copy of the scholarship to confirm
JUNIOR/INTERMEDIATE - 12 and under
TEEN/SENIOR - 13 years old and up
Please Note: All ages are as of January 1st, 2024. There is no limit for each dancer to perform SOLO, DUET, TRIO.
Registration for the workshop class is included and mandatory for all dancers performing in the Live Critique. *Instructors may be subject to change.
*The WORKSHOP CLASS is also available for dancers who aren't performing in the LIVE CRITIQUE. Tickets available online OR at the door on the event day.
*Observer bands are required for ALL parent/guardians in the workshop room. Tickets available via DanceBug, via website OR at the door on the event day.
Observer wristbands are not required for Live Critique event, opening and closing ceremonies. All students, owners, teachers, and parents are welcome. All observers must be attending with a registered paid dancer. Please no excessive noise or talking during Live Critique performances.
*Parent/Guardian observer bands ARE required for workshop classes. They are available for purchase online via DanceBUG or at the event. Please make sure wristbands are visible for the IMPACT staff at all times.
Students registered will receive a confirmed Live Critique schedule within one week prior to the scheduled date. Judges may be subject to change.
Each panelist will be awarding scholarships to dancers that excel in any of the disciplines of genre preformed: tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, contemporary, ballet, acro, musical theater, song & dance etc, in the Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels. The number of scholarship winners may vary depending on the size and skill level at each event.
Dancers are eligible for only one scholarship per event/season. Participation is required in the workshop classes for scholarship eligibility.

Adagio flooring by Rosco is recommended for tap, ballet, modern and jazz. It has a non-reflective, controlled slip vinyl surface that makes it equally successful for all styles of dance.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds are permitted for Workshops or Live Critique Events.
Please note: No refunds or credits will be given due to inclement weather on the day of the event.
All Registrants must sign a waiver to participate.
